Medical Device Department of Namyan Tajhiz Parsi Co. has founded as an importer of medical equipment, tools and consumables in 2015. The Department utilizes experienced manpower, experts and consultants with experience in the field of medical and medical engineering in addition to the valuable experiences of the company’s trading department, in order to achieve its organizational goals to improve the quality of life and health of dear compatriots.
This department is trying to achieve maximum satisfaction of its precious customers, by providing high quality products which are synchronized with the world’s technology and with the standards of America and Europe, as well as providing privileged before and after sales services.
This department is active in the form of some units as: marketing, sales, before-and after-sales services, training, Research and Development (R&D). As well as other parts of Namian Tajhiz Parsi Co., this department uses integrated Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), in order to have the greatest respect for its customers and provide an opportunity for them to transmit their needs, views and problems to the company’s management level.
